Apple TV Sales Reach 1 Million...Now What

It's official, the new Apple TV has reached 1 million units sold according to AllThingsDigital.com . However, the 2nd generation version of the Apple TV has it's own share of problems. For example, what resolutions can it play back? Can it support 1080p content and output 1080p? Will it playback 1080p content at the 720p resolution?
